For creative people who love working with wood. Beginners welcome. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of timber types and merits for wood carving, the treatment of timber for wood carving, tools and their uses, tool sharpening and maintenance, sculpture design, tool handling techniques and safety, laminating techniques for larger sculptures and finishing techniques.
