The Active IQ Award in Instructing Circuit sessions is a Level 2 Qualification. It is also recognised by The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 2 and you will receive 20 CPD points upon completion. This course will be held at Wensum Lodge and Dimensions Gym in Norwich over one weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday will run from 9am5pm Who is suitable This course is ideal for Fitness trainers who want to broaden their range of professional skills and qualifications and learn how to plan and instruct group exercise classes in a circuit format such as boot camp activities. A level 2 qualification in Gym Instructing Exercise to Music or equivalent is required prior to enrolment. The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential therefore a degree of physical fitness is necessary. There is also an element of communication (discussing presenting reading and writing) involved and Learners should have basic skills in communication pitched at level 2 You will learn how to plan circuit classes in a variety of different formats to suit a range of client groups and how to deliver them safely and effectively.(H114NC14E)
