Alexander Technique workshop for hard of hearing people

Does your hearing loss sometimes make you feel tense, unbalanced or at a social disadvantage? Do you find yourself straining to hear, tilting your head or lacking confidence? The Alexander Technique can help you manage this by identifying and preventing unnecessary muscular and mental tension. Taught by a teacher who has used the AT to manage his own hearing loss.
