CBT skills in practice

This course will include pair and triad work to practise skills such as cognitive re-structuring, guided discovery and planning behavioural experiments. It is aimed at those with prior knowledge and experience of CBT. Please contact the department on 0207 492 2530 for authorisation to enrol - you need to have completed 'CBT for person-centred counsellors' (PT548).
