This qualification has been designed in consultation with the Health and Fitness industry and representatives from Higher Education. It is designed for people who wish to work in a sports-related occupation, and who want to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The course also allows students to enhance areas such as time management, IT, communication and presentation skills. The 90-credit Diploma, followed by the Extended Diploma is equivalent to three A levels and covers 18 units of work over two years.
