Accounting AAT Level 3 Diploma

This course provides you with the knowledge and understanding to achieve competence in Financial and Managerial accounting at an Intermediate Level. This is the second year in a three year programme offered by the AAT which leads to qualification as an Accounting Technician.IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are currently employed in accounting you may be able to do an apprenticeship. They are available for both 16-18 year olds and adults. You will still do the full Level 3 Certificate in Accounting but will also need to do functional skills in Maths and English. If you are interested in this route please let us know on enrolment.

Entry requirements

Recommended textbooks will cost around �45 but are not essential as textbooks are available in the library and learning materials are on Web CT. Students are required to provide their own stationary including plastic wallets, lever arch files, folders and calculator.You will see that you are asked to pay the exam fees to Dudley College on enrolment. If however you need to resit an assessment you will need to pay a resit fee of �40 per paper.In any event you will need to pay the AAT direct for registration and annual subscriptions. You must be a current student member of the AAT to be able to take the assessments. The current annual subscription is �82.
