Hairdressing is an ever expanding, exciting and competitive industry. The increased depth of knowledge and skills at Level 3 will provide specialised skills and techniques in creative cutting, colouring, dressing and styling hair, both short and long. It also provides training in specialist consultation and treatment services for hair and scalp conditions and specialist colour correction services. In order to gain the product and services promotion unit you will plan, organise and carry out promotional activities. As well as hands-on creative lessons in our modern well-equipped studios, you will have the opportunity to carry out services on paying clients, developing excellent customer service. This experience will develop both confidence and competence in preparation for the workplace. It will enable you to develop your artistic flair and creativity enabling you to work using individual style. You will have the opportunity to visit Goldwell's Mayfair Academy, V&A museum and research street fashions at London's brick lane area. As well as guest speakers from product manufacturers throughout the course and in order to gain the creative design skills unit you will plan execute and evaluate an event such as a photo shoot.
