From Tuscany to Sicily, of course we do pasta- handmade, as well as biscotti, risotto primavera, tuscan bean soup, focaccia and siena spice cake - and not a pizza in sight. The approximate cost of ingredients to buy will be approximately 8.00-12.00 per week but ingredients for the first week will be supplied by the college.
