Basic Chef's Skills 2

A course for those who want to learn basic food preparation and cooking methods. Under the guidance of a professional chef, we will cover bread, shell fish, pasta making, vegetables and sweet baking. The cost of ingredients to buy each week will be approximately 8.00-12.00 and ingredients will be supplied for the first session. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each lesson.
