Come and sample some fragrant flavours from the far east. This course covers dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam, Malaya and Sri Lanka. From Singapore noodles to sushi, crispy duck to terikayi spare ribs, crab and pork spring rolls, five spice chicken. The approximate cost of ingredients will be 8.00-12.00 per week but ingredients for the first week will be supplied by the college. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to every lesson.
