The Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is for candidates 18+ working in the hospitality sector, with responsibility for leading a team of staff. You'll broaden your existing knowledge and gain important leadership and management skills. The programme consists of a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership, a Technical Certificate and functional skills. This is delivered predominantly in the workplace, with some study days at Trafford College. The certificate requires 56 credits, taken from units covering leadership, working relationships, customer service, control of resources and supervision of an operational area e.g. kitchen or reception supervision. What awards will I achieve? Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles. You will also complete: Level 2 functional skills in mathematics Level 2 functional skills in English
