They provide a sound basis for career progression into fields such as working with families, health and social services and residential care homes. The programme includes the NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, a Certificate in Health and Social Care and you'll also improve your Key/Functional Skills and gain an understanding of Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
