This course is designed for anyone wishing to become a member of a professional team in a leading establishment or to pursue a freelance career. Your skills as a chef will improve and you will learn the skills required to work front of house. You will develop skills in one or more of the operational areas within the industry including: Food production Food and drink service Customer care You will be working in a team within a busy kitchen and restaurant. The course includes participating in a number of work placements throughout the year. Applicants are highly recommended to seek work in the industry while studying.
