If you have been out of education for a while and would like to gain access to a university level qualification such as a degree, an Access course may be the best way forward for you. Access courses are equivalent to three A levels and give you access to university level courses. Additional GCSE Maths, English or Science classes may be available. This course provides a broad scientific base giving an academic and practical foundation for the study of Biological and Chemical Sciences at university level. You will cover Chemistry, Biology and Study Skills. Course Delivery This course will require 2 days per week attendance at Somerset College.
