You will learn how to handle food safely. The short course covers simple bacteriology, contamination hazards and prevention, personal hygiene and a simple guide to the law. How will I learn? You will learn by listening to talks, joining in discussions, question & answers. Will I gain a qualification? By passing a 30 question multi-choice test you will gain a certificate from the Institute of Environmental Health. Please note that certificates take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. What can I do next?
