The study of Geography will give you the opportunity to obtain an understanding of physical and human processes operating in a variety of world environments. This course focuses on contemporary geography, looking at issues facing local and global communities today and in the future. These topics range from climate change; to the growth of China as an economic giant; and glaciation to sustainable living. These contemporary issues are illustrated by using case studies based on current events. This course is for you if you have an interest in how the world works and how we adapt to live in it. To succeed you need to be inquisitive, motivated, work hard and be ready to work in the field.
