Entry requirements

Please read the following information carefully. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dresses are not suitable for this activity. Yoga ia generally practiced in bare feet or socks and all movements are performed on a mat. Students need to bring a mat to work on and may wish to bring a towel. Please bring water and avoid eating one and a half hours prior to exercising.
