Entry requirements

Please bring a dining chair or stool to your first class together with an old dust sheet, a 4oz pin hammer, small pair of pliers, fabric scissors, pen and notebook. A digital camera is useful, if you have one. Please ask before bringing large pieces of furniture as there is limited space available in the centre. Apart from pens and notebooks please do not buy books or equipment before the start of the course. Details will be discussed at the first session. A small charge of approximately 6.00 per term is made for tacks and string. Most upholstery materials and tools are usually available to be purchased at the class. Please make sure that the course is actually running before purchasing any items.
