Entry requirements

Please bring a dining chair or stool to your first class, plus a 4oz tack hammer, small pair of pliers, scissors, needle and cotton, pen and notebook. A Digital Camera will be useful if you have one. Please ask before buying large pieces of furniture as there is limited storage space available in the centre and we cannot accommodate sofas or settees. Apart from pens and notebooks please do not buy books or equipment before the start of the course. Details will be discussed at the first session. A small charge of approximately 6.00 per term is made for tacks and string. Most upholstery materials are usually available to be purchased at the class.
