Entry requirements

Please bring to the first session a protective overall or apron and notebook and pen. Later on in the course a few basic tools can be obtained. You can buy silver direct from suppliers after the first week, the tutor will help you to start doing this as there are a number of suppliers you can use. Details will be discussed at the first session or if necessary your tutor will send a list a week before the course starts. A small contribution towards emery cloths is payable each term. Silver, piercing blades, and silver solder can be purchased in class. Silver items can also be sent for hallmarking to be paid for on return. .
