You will need to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily for example, jogging trousers or leggings and a t-shirt or sweatshirt. Formal trousers, tight jeans, skirts and dresses are not suitable for yoga. We usually practise with bare feet or wearing socks, so please let your tutor know if this is likely to be a problem for you. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Students need to bring a mat to work on, and may wish to bring a blanket for extra comfort during relaxation. You may like to bring a bottle of water and are advised to avoid eating much for 1� hours before exercising.
