This qualification provides you with Level 2 information technology skills that could lead to further education in the field, or related areas. It can offer those moving into their first job roles the confidence to work effectively with information and communications technology, and deal with tasks that are straightforward or routine. The course will cover four main modules: Improving Productivity using Information Technology; Using Word Processing Software to Adapt and Merge Documents; Designing and Creating Databases; and Designing and Creating Spreadsheets. Assessment will be through assignments.
