Core units that you will study include; anatomy and physiology, psychological perspectives and sociological perspectives. You will study a variety of specialist subjects which will include research methodology and dementia care. On the course you will also attend compulsory work placements with a variety of service users, maintain a portfolio of evidence covering your experiences during the work placements and work in teams supporting your peers to research and develop a variety of topics.
