This course prepares you for employment within the hairdressing industry. You cover both the practice and theory of hairdressing, undertaking all the basic skill areas including: Cutting Health ; Safety Prepare salon treatment work areas Preparing for Hairdressing Services Shampoo ; Conditioning Teamwork. A period of work experience is offered. Progression to Level 3 can be studied on a Part-time basis and provides the opportunity for further creativity and employment opportunities. You may be required to continue to study maths, English or IT as part of your course.
