What will I study? This course is designed for those who are interested in developing skills for a career in Construction. You will learn about Construction, including carpentry, painting and decorating, bricklaying, electrics and plumbing. You will have access to the specialist construction workshop and can benefit from employer links to the King's Cross Construction Centre, Carillion, BAM. You will study the Level 1 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Basic Construction Skills. During this Pre-Apprenticeship course, you will also study Functional Skills in Maths and English and have the opportunity to work towards a CSCS card.
