New specification for September AS Religious Studies King's Cross Centre 1 year - Year 1 Level 3 What will I study? On this course you will study two main areas: - Philosophy of Religion (Unit 1) - if you enjoy debate and challenging ideas you will find this course stimulating. - Investigations (Unit 2) - this gives you the opportunity to consider how religion and theology impact on society and politics. A2 Religious Studies King's Cross Centre 1 year - Year 2 Level 3 What will I study? During the second year of this course, you will study the following two main areas: - Advanced Philosophy of Religion (Unit 3) - you will engage in a number of key philosophical debates ranging from the kind of language used in religion to questions concerning life and death. - Implications (Unit 4) - this gives you the opportunity to reflect and comment upon the meaning and implications of a range of documents from the perspective of what has been learnt over the A Level course and how this relates to religion and human experience.
