Tai Chi for the Over 60s Castlehaven Community Centre Autumn

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise system designed to strengthen the body, relax and focus the mind, and raise the spirits. Class starts with gentle warm-up exercises to loosen joints, relax muscles etc, followed by Tai Chi-related movements to help build an understanding of strength and motion, balance and movement.
