This is a day release, advanced practical training course for people who are working in either a professional kitchen environment or front of house restaurant environment; the training programme develops comprehensive skills and knowledge to a high Level suitable for any of these related hospitality environments. The course is made up of a series of theoretical supervisory based units, which can be interpreted according to your working environment and the responsibilities you hold within it.
