Food Manufacturing Intermediate Apprenticeship

The qualification consists of a wide range of units related to the food manufacturing industry. Units are agreed between your employer and assessor, depending upon which meet your current job role. These units form the basis of your qualification. There are some units that are generic to the food manufacturing industry such as Food Safety and Health and Safety. In addition to this you will also have to complete the technical certificate which makes up the framework to include Functional Skills depending on your GCSE grades in Maths and English.
