Stage 2 Sugarcrafts - Wired Flowers

Identify the different types of equipment used to make sugar flowers. Explain the difference between flower paste and sugar paste and how important it is to store them correctly. Cut out a simple flower and assemble. Make wired flowers. Make a flower spray. Assemble a central floral arrangement using wired flowers, ribbon loops and paper leaves. Make examples of rose leaves and ivy leaves. Please note that this course runs on various dates throughout the year.
