Sales Intermediate Apprenticeship

The course picks up on the theory and practice of sales including customer behaviour and after sales service. It will explain terms such as the Sales cycle and cross selling and will help all participants improve their overall sales techniques. The course covers both face to face sales and selling by telephone.
