The qualification consists of a wide range of units related to your industry. You agree with your employer and assessor which units meet your current job role, and these will form the basis of your qualification. The course includes mandatory and optional units covering a range of topics, such as health and safety, accidents and emergencies, customer service, supervising pool users, setting up equipment and a range of other facility operational units. In addition to these units you will have to complete technical certificates and functional skills.
