Business and Administration Diploma level 2

The level 2 Diploma in Business Administration is aimed at people who work as part of a team and ensure the provision of information and resources to others. The qualifications will provide learners with introductory business functional areas from which they may achieve competence in a variety of contexts. To achieve the qualification, you must complete a minimum of 45 credits - 21 from mandatory units: Manage personal performance and development, Communicate in a business environment, Principles of providing administration services, Principles of business document production and information management, Understand employer organisations. You then choose option units relevant to your job role. Optional units provide opportunity to show understanding and skills in a variety of areas, including basic finance, IT and contributing to events. You will gather evidence from the workplace to demonstrate your competence.
