You will need to complete 35 credits across 15 units to complete the framework, demonstrating competency in the workplace. A variety of assessment methods will be carried out including written evidence, reflective accounts and professional discussions. They will also need to complete paediatric first aid training if an appropriate qualification is not already achieved.
