Electrical/Electronic Engineering Extended Diploma Programme - Level 3

The BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a study programme, which consists of both theoretical and practical work. The course allows candidates to learn, develop and practice the knowledge required for employment and/or career progression in the electrical, electronic and telecommunication engineering sector. Classroom activity is all directly related to the practical aspects of the course and structured to support what is taking place in the practical lessons. Learners on the course will study 17 different units in two years as shown below, plus the opportunity to study A-level Maths as an extra subject, for those learners who are planning to, progress a degree course at university.
