The emphasis will be on practical use of the language through role play, structured conversational reading material to illustrate common situations and through the use of audio. This course will enable students to develop confidence in speaking, understanding and reading basic French and so get by in simple everyday situations. Regular attendance and private study are essential for a successful outcome to the course.
