Supported Internship

This is a course for students who have learning difficulties and/or disabilities who are ready to take the first step into employment. Students will develop and acquire transferable skills required in the competitive world of work and undertake an external work placement within the students local community. The course will also support students in how to search for a job, preparing for work and developing their social skills in order to progress successfully into the world of work. Please note that because of national educational developments this course may be replaced by a similar programme of study.
