The mandatory units of these programmes include: Level 2 - Communicate using customer service language, follow the rules to deliver customer service. Level 3 - Demonstrate understanding of customer service, demonstrate understanding of rules that impact on improvements in customer service. You will also select from a range of optional unit which may include: Level 2 - Resolving customer service problems, improve the customer relationship, gather, analyse and implement improvements. Level 3 - Use customer service as a competitive tool, deal with customers using bespoke software, handle referred customer complaints.These programmes are delivered entirely in the workplace.
