Catering - Level 2 in Hospitality Services

The course gives you an opportunity to develop both your kitchen and restaurant skills. You will be involved in working in the college restaurant and/or bistro preparing meals and serving customers. The course is predominantly practical based. There may be opportunities to develop your skills further by completing a work experience programme.
