This course is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the different forms of Dementia that may be encountered and how to support individuals with this illness. The learning materials are flexible and can be completed at time convenient to you. You will also have the support of a knowledgeable assessor throughout the duration of the course who is available for advice and guidance Delivered in the workplace, you will be provided with learner supported materials that will give you the knowledge and understanding required, enabling you to undertake the end of unit assessments.
