About this course This advanced qualification is designed to give you a firm foundation for a successful career in Human Resource Management. Over the 2 years you will study the following modules: Group A Managing employment relations Reward management Resourcing and talent management Learning and talent management Group B HRM in context* Leading, managing and developing people* Developing skills for business leadership Investigating a business issue from an HR perspective At a recent quality assurance visit the CIPD expressed high confidence in the quality of our provision and as a result have awarded us direct claims status for Foundation and Intermediate qualifications. This means we can claim your certificate as soon as you complete your qualification rather than having to wait for an external verification visit from CIPD, speeding up the whole process. Days and times Part-time The first year of this course takes place on a Tuesday 2.15 pm - 9.00 pm or on a Tuesday and Thursday evening 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm. The second year takes place on Thursday 2.00 pm - 9.00 pm or Wednesday and Thursday 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm.
