Whether you're just starting out in your career or want to take your career to the next level with a recognised professional qualification, the CLDP will help to build your knowledge and skills. It is aimed at aspiring and existing trainers and those looking for a strong grounding in L&D essentials, including those who are aspiring to, or embarking on, a career in L&D and anyone working in the field of L&D in a support role and wish to develop their knowledge and skills. The Certificate in Learning and Development Practice consists of the following modules: Developing yourself as an effective L&D practitioner Understanding organisations and the role of Learning and Development Recording, analysing and using HR/Learning and Development Undertaking a learning needs analysis Designing learning and development activities Supporting good practice in performance and reward management Delivering learning and development activities The programme includes a study skills workshop, full online tutorial support and access to a range of electronic text books.
