Tai Chi and Qi Gong are a wonderful combination of slow, relaxing movements designed to gently exercise the whole body, both mentally and physically. They promote good body alignment, balance, co-ordination, relaxation and a general sense of well being and are suitable for all ages and abilities ( like all exercises, please discuss with your GP if you have any health issues before joining the class).
