This is a law course for those interested in a career in law that has a practical application of theory, work experience and continuous assessment. This is an applied course where students will be taught the practical application of the units studied. They will be taught how to complete assignments which will involve realistic scenarios from the legal world. They will be given the chance to visit the law courts and to meet with legal practitioners in order to share their experiences. The course is made up of six units, three core units and three specialist units. The specialist units enable them to study particular legal areas in depth. The three core units are dispute solving in the legal system, understanding law making and aspects of legal liability.
