Qualifications are gained through assessment of competance in the workplace. This course can be studied either as part of an apprenticeship where you will be in the work place and attend college one or two days per week, or through OSAT (on site assessment training), for experienced construction workers who will gain the qualification whilst in the workplace by an assessor collecting evidence of competence.
