Provides unemployed or economically inactive individuals with a 3 day programme to develop a positive attitude to life by helping them to raise their motivation, self-esteem and confidence, thereby enabling them to realise their full potential. Customers will also be assessed for their level of skills in English and Maths. One to one Information, Advice and Guidance session will also be included in the programme signposting to opportunities available.
