This single day course has been developed to include many different subject areas to give the learner the chance to have a go at different things at the start of their learning journey. It enables youto try lots of different activities so you can choose a subject that you enjoy or need to update your skillsand socan follow with extra learning.The dayismade up of many different short activities wheretrial sessions in new or existing skills can be undertaken by learners. This course is designed as a precursor to further learning and to prepare the learner for longer courses and studies in more specialisedand targeted areas either needed by them to help gain employmentor for pure enjoyment& enrichment. The Taster day can be taken independently or could be completed to form the first part of our 'Peparation for Employment Progression' route from this Taster day, to a 12 hour + targeted course, you then progress to an accredited course, then a second subject course followed by the chance to undertake some formal volunteering. It's a great way to improve employment prospects andaddgood stuffto your CV
