A short course that has been created for people to enjoy the outdoor environment and to be able to undertake a wide variety of outdoor healthy activities. The course is suitable for all ages and abilities with noprevious experience needed to be able to take part fullyin all ofthe session. Activities can be changed to suit the needs of learners with additional needs or learning differences. A variety of different activities will take place at each course to introduce learners to many innovative ways to get and then stay fit
