IT technician apprentices will offer support to the day to day operations of an IT department who are responsible for the hardware, software and networks within an organisation. You will work alongside other members of your team to help to locate and repair software and hardware problems for computer users. You'll have to be a good communicator to explain issues and how to fix them clearly to staff from other areas of the business when required.
