This qualification is aimed at people working within the Beverage Service industry. You will need to be involved with preparing and serving a variety of drinks, as well as cellar duties. This qualification is built up of unitised parts to allow flexibility within the workplace.You will be assessed for competence against the following criteria: Health and Safety, Customer Service, Drink preparation, Service Drinks storage, Stock control and Cellar maintenance.
